What You’ll Do
As a Barista, your role is to create an experience, not just make drinks. Craft high quality coffee and espresso beverages with precision and consistency
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions from order to follow up
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Upsell and recommend in a natural and personalized way
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high standard workspace
- Support your team and bring positive energy to every shift

Requirements
- No experience required, we will train the right person
- Comfortable engaging with guests and role playing scenarios
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team driven environment
