Terminal 4 Bar is an upcoming modern cocktail destination located in Henderson's Water Street District. Inspired by the excitement of travel and discovery, we specialize in exceptional cocktails, rare and premium spirits, and genuine hospitality.

The Opportunity
We're looking for a polished, personable Door Host to become the first impression of Terminal 4 Bar.
This is not a security position. It's a hospitality role.
You'll welcome guests with confidence, verify identification, manage the flow of the evening, and help create an atmosphere that's warm, professional, and inviting from the moment someone arrives. The right person is naturally outgoing, enjoys meeting people, and knows how to make guests feel genuinely welcome while maintaining high standards.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Verify guest identification in accordance with Nevada law.
- Manage guest flow, waitlists, and venue capacity during busy service periods.
- Communicate wait times and seating expectations professionally.
- Maintain the atmosphere and presentation standards expected of an upscale cocktail bar.
- Coordinate with bartenders, servers, and management to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Observe the entrance area for guest safety and notify management of any concerns.
- Create a memorable first and last impression for every guest.
What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Able to stand and remain active throughout the shift.
- Available Thursday through Sunday evenings.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Current Nevada TAM Card (or ability to obtain one before employment).
Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, luxury retail, concierge, or guest services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
