What You’ll Do as a Dynamic Kitchen Manager
- Lead kitchen operations by setting the pace and protecting quality standards
- Ensure every plate leaving the pass meets our delicious, high-quality expectations
- Oversee food safety and sanitation without exception
- Coach and train cooks to improve speed and precision
- Manage schedules to maintain smooth kitchen flow and productivity
- Contribute operational and culinary insights to menu execution
