Requirements:
- Part Time - Available to work a minimum of 15 hrs/week and Saturdays. Starting wage $13/hr
- Full Time - Available to work 40 hrs/week minimum including Saturdays. Starting wage $14/hr
- Able to quickly and thoroughly complete challenging tasks, while staying focused, for several hours at a time
- Enjoys and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Sharing a smile, maintaining eye contact, and speaking with an enthusiastic tone comes naturally
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Enjoys physical activity and able to work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Submit to Hot Springs Chick-fil-A and Chick-fil-A leadership, policies, culture and dress code
Front of House Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Welcoming guests
- Order taking
- Meal assembly
- Meal delivery
- Interacting with guests
- Clean (front/behind counter, dining room, rest room, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
