Culver's, a beloved family-owned restaurant known for its ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard, is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as shift leaders. As a leader at Culver's, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun and loving work environment. Must be willing to be hired on as a team member and prove your leadership skills for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate passion and leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality!
- Provide team training and communicate shift goals
- Efficiently conduct shifts while maintaining acceptable labor, speed of service times and low waste of product while continuously coaching
- Is a hands on, in-the-trenches leader. Must master execution and training of all team member roles and tasks
- Food Service Skillset is not enough; must be a culture fit with personnel and Culver's values
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
- ServSafe qualified
