Brand and Sales Growth Manager
Directly Reports to: Sales and Brand Growth Director
Collaborating Team: Collaborates with Directors, Managers, and Lower Level Leaders
Provides Leadership to: Team Leads, Trainers, Team Member

Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
- Catering Operational Excellence- Lead + Communicate (w/ leadership) that all Catering/Delivery orders are executed with knowledge + care. Ensure set-ups, timing and product are all served/delivered on time and meeting CFA quality expectations. Provide training to the team as needed for success in Catering execution.
- Social Media- Creates content and follows a schedule for when to post in collaboration with S&BG Director. Is fluent in Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms. Understands the social media algorithms and shares new content that will drive business to the store.
- Community Outreach- Supports S&BG Director in community events and spirit nights at the store. Helps to create and facilitate consistent events and support the vision of the Store and S&BG Director.
- Supports the FOH Team in operational excellence, car count, SOS, and all 3rd party channels
