Brand & Sales Growth Director

Directly Reports to: Chief of Staff
Collaborating Team: Collaborates with Chief of Staff, & Director Team
Provides Leadership to: Catering Coordinator, FOH/BOH Operational Leads, Entire FOH/BOH Team Members
Schedule Commitment: 42-45 hrs weekly: 25-30 hrs Admin, Community Relationships + Marketing, 15-20 hrs Support/Lead Ops
Key Expectations/Responsibilities:
- This Brand & Sales Director position is a unique position that would be a split between admin and operations. This means that you will be required to work on the floor in the restaurant in the front of house for a certain number of hours per week and you will also be given a certain number of hours per week to work on marketing & sales projects/tasks. The split would be around 25-30 hours admin and 15-20 hours in operations. If you are not comfortable with this setup, this may not be the right fit for you
- FOH Operations Excellence- support operations excellence when scheduled. Primary role to support FOH Leadership Team. Lead with excellence and care. Support and hold Leadership Team accountable to Ops Excellence daily, based around Winning Hearts Everyday. Communicate moments of success and opportunity. Coach on the spot with care and understanding. Work with COS, EDO for ways to consistently grow here. Support OPS leadership in upholding current systems/ expectations of the Team.
- Sales Growth/Goals - Lead + Communicate Sales growth/goals within the restaurant. Communicate to Team current sales each avenue (Catering, FC, DT and Third Party) sales. Create and Lead internal sales contests to increase Check Average and Transaction Count to hit CFAPH annual goals.
- Brand Growth - CFAPH Community liaison. Identify potential community partnerships. Create systems and consistency around donations, events and all third party commitments. Represent CFAPH in Market level events and fundraisers.
- Marketing - Create, own and communicate Marketing Plan quarterly. Keep menu POP updated, communicate upcoming LTO’s, ensure team is aware of product, duration of product, accurate preparation and selling techniques.
- Social Media- Own all social media channels, implement plans for active engagement and consistency here. (i.e. Moment Feed, Boosting posts, etc.)
- Spotlight/CFA One App- Create + Communicate action plan here for intentional engagement with CFA One App Members. Report weekly on results.
- Catering Operational Excellence- Lead + Communicate (w/ Catering Ops Lead) that all Catering/Delivery orders are executed with knowledge + care. Ensure set-ups, timing and product are all served/delivered on time and meeting CFA quality expectations. Provide training to team as needed for success in Catering execution.

Miscellaneous Administration:
- Metrics + Stewardship/Scorecard
- Communicates Sales standing, Transaction count standing and initiatives to create awareness and hit goals.
- Support consistent goal driven growth in Productivity Rate through training + cross-training and accountability of team member.
- Support OPS Leadership supports and is actively engaged in reaching and maintaining a FOOD Safety Score of “good” or better.
- Support good stewardship of facilities through proper training in cleaning & care of equipment.
- Certified in all Pathway. Aware of all proper and best practices of each position. Be able to coach on the spot on success/opportunities.
- Understand, Coach and Support proper staffing levels based on training success, productivity and sales goals.
- General understanding of positions in FOH/Back of House, Food Cost gaps, Facilities basics

Strategically support/plan, adjust in the moment and follow up with success and opportunities here. Be a Master of successful CFAPH Operations and be able to train your teams at a high level. - Communicate + Seek guidance on areas of opportunity within the Executive Team. Collaborate ways to consistently challenge and grow internally

- All Directors Meeting (Weekly on Wednesdays)

Pay: $23 - $28 / hour
