Responsibilities
- Write estimates for repairs
- Answer phones
- Talk to customer about needed repairs
- Order parts
- Communicate with technicians about repairs
- Conduct full vehicle safety inspection on all vehicles and document observations
- Maintain high customer service expectations and satisfaction
- Meet weekly sales goals
Qualifications
- Experience in an auto shop
- Must be dependable and goal oriented
- Valid Drivers License
