We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor/Lube Tech to provide great customer service
Must have worked in an Auto Shop
Applicants with no automotive experience will not be considered
Responsibilities
- Write up repair orders
- Cash out customers
- Answer phones
- Communicate additional needed repairs and services
- Maintain high customer service expectations and satisfaction
- Conduct full vehicle safety inspection on all vehicles and document observations
- Oil Changes, Flushes, Brakes, Alignments, Tires,
Qualifications
- Experience in an auto shop
- Must be dependable and goal oriented
- Good communication skills
- Valid Drivers License
