They have a passion for serving high quality food, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Kitchen Shift Leaders are responsible for executing daily kitchen operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the Kitchen runs effectively and coaching/developing team members. Kitchen Shift Leaders lead by example in the kitchen and set the tone that others will follow.

Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Assist in the training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Smile,Create and Maintain Eye Contact, and Speak Enthusiastically
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have open availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
