Marketing Manager

Position Overview:


The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving sales, building community relationships, and strengthening the Chick-fil-A brand for Broad Creek Crossing. This is a hands-on, on-site role that works directly with restaurant leadership, Team Members, guests, and community partners to create and execute marketing initiatives that grow transactions, check average, and guest engagement. The Marketing Manager is designed as a growth path toward a future Marketing Director role, with advancement earned through performance and measurable results.


Key Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator:

  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns that drive restaurant traffic and sales
  • Identify opportunities to increase transactions and check average
  • Track marketing results and adjust strategies based on performance
  • Build relationships with local schools, businesses, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations
  • Represent the restaurant at community events and develop new partnerships
  • Identify opportunities for the restaurant and Team Members to serve the community
  • Spend significant time in the restaurant working alongside Team Members and leadership
  • Interact with guests to understand the guest experience firsthand
  • Support restaurant promotions, special events, and day-to-day operations as needed
  • Develop and manage social media content, photography, and video
  • Create marketing materials and promotional campaigns tied to holidays, schools, and local events
  • Communicate restaurant initiatives and Team Member stories
  • Maintain a consistent Chick-fil-A brand presence across all channels
  • Measure and report on sales, transactions, check average, guest engagement, and community participation

Qualifications:

  • Energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable talking with guests, Team Members, and community leaders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative
  • Comfortable using social media and creating content
  • Comfortable analyzing numbers and measuring campaign results
  • Passion for hospitality, service, and community involvement
  • Open to coaching, feedback, and development
  • No prior restaurant marketing experience required — right attitude and work ethic matter most

Work Environment:

  • This is NOT a remote or traditional desk position
  • On-site, hands-on work inside the restaurant and throughout the community
  • Frequent interaction with guests, Team Members, and community partners
  • Mix of marketing planning, in-restaurant support, and community outreach

Example Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Blend of in-restaurant marketing work, content creation, and community events
  • Some evenings or events may be required for community engagement
