What to expect:
As a Monroe Ace Cashier, you will be responsible to Amaze Every Customer Every Time. Retail cashiers are responsible for providing customers with fast and friendly service at the cash register area. Other responsibilities may include managing inventory in and around checkout area, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of that area.
- You’ll greet customers welcoming them into our store and direct them to the nearest salesman to assist them in finding everything necessary to complete their project in one trip.
- You'll work in a fast-paced and fun environment, so bring your high energy.
- You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
- You must lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Provide exceptional customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends and some holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Precisely and accurately handle money, checks, and other types of payment
