Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all HR practices meet current laws and compliance standards
- Maintain and manage employee files, policies, and onboarding documents
- Oversee benefits-related tasks, including insurance and 401(k) administration
- Provide support in HR conversations and coaching moments
- Partner with leadership to protect and strengthen our culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience (required)
- Degree or certification in HR or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Detail-oriented and thrives in a task-driven environment
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- A strong cultural fit with Chick-fil-A—professional, positive, and people-focused
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
