Role = Logistics/routing supervisor
Hours = M-F and every other Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Supervisor Position - Must have supervisor experience
- Schedule & Routing of drivers - must have experience routing trucks
- Safety Program & Coaching of drivers - must have experience with safety programs & coaching
- Truck Maintenance tracking & scheduling
- Dumpster maintenance tracking & scheduling
- Supply & Inventory experience
- Vendor negotiations & relationship management
- Risk management oversight
- Ability to develop & implement P&P and standard procedures documentation
- Recruiting & retention of drivers
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (word, excel, PPT) -- REQUIRED
- Excellent computer skills -- REQUIRED
- Great communicaiton skills -- REQUIRED
