The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Director of Facilities in performing ongoing restaurant maintenance and completing minor repairs on equipment.
Responsibilities are included by not limited to:
- Light
- Plumbing
- HVAC/R
- Painting
- Electrical
- Woodwork
- Building & Site
Candidates will be required to
- Lift a minimum of 100 pounds
- Operate heavy equipment
- Work on construction sites
