What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations of the restaurant alongside the General Manager
- Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver top-tier service and food
- Oversee inventory, scheduling, and labor management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Help drive sales and ensure guest satisfaction
- Be a positive role model and uphold our company culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solver with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for food, people, and hospitality
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hard with your team
