We’re looking for an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, lead and develop staff, manage inventory and costs, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
- Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, and compliance
- Manage liquor, beer, wine, and beverage inventory
- Monitor sales, control costs, and drive profitability
- Create and promote seasonal cocktails and beverage specials
- Ensure smooth daily operations and support special events
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar management or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and beverage trends
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Understanding of liquor laws and sanitation standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
