What You’ll Lead
• Full restaurant operations
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and team development
• Food safety and operational standards
• Inventory, labor, and financial performance
• Guest experience and culture development
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of full-service restaurant GM experience
• Experience managing high-volume food & beverage operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• ServeSafe certification required
• Ability to lead large teams in a fast-paced environment
