We’re looking for a motivated Hospitality Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns quickly
- Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance
- Monitor sales, control costs, and support profitability goals
- Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and community engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, sports, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Financial and operational management experience a plus
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
