Responsibilities:
- Lead others towards executing our visions and goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Develop and oversee systems that impact food quality ,food safety, customer experience, and other areas of the business
- Develop current and future leaders
- Facilitate weekly meetings around business performance
- Conducting Interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (recommended)
- Availability for 8 to 10-hour shifts, weekends, and on-call duties
- 2 years of leadership experience required
- Passionate about Chick-fil-A
