Operations & Execution
- Oversee daily operations for smooth and efficient shift performance.
- Open and close the store according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for guests and team members.
- Monitor food quality, speed of service, and presentation to meet brand standards.
- Ensure proper cash handling, inventory counts, and equipment functionality.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational and service goals.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring roles are clearly assigned.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to build team morale.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Guest Experience & Service
- Model excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
- Foster a welcoming environment that reflects care and hospitality.
- Anticipate service issues and proactively resolve them to maintain guest satisfaction.
Compliance & Accountability
- Uphold all company policies, food safety regulations, and labor laws.
- Maintain accurate shift documentation (checklists, reports, deposits).
- Monitor labor and productivity to meet cost and scheduling goals.
