Front of House Team Member Responsibilities
- Deliver genuine hospitality by creating a warm and welcoming environment
- Engage guests with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Build meaningful connections and create memorable guest experiences
- Uphold and encourage the restaurant’s purpose, vision and values
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively as a dependable and adaptable team member
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow Team Members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas
- Remain on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards
- Be open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
- May be required to work at multiple restaurant locations based on business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
