Chick-fil-A Shift Leaders are responsible for leading a team during assigned shifts to ensure a high-quality guest experience, maintain operational excellence, and support team development. As a key part of the leadership team, the Shift Leader works hands-on in the restaurant, modeling Chick-fil-A's Core Values and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team members during a shift to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Maintain a positive work environment by coaching and encouraging team members.
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional service that is accurate, fast, and friendly.
- Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures during shift.
- Support training and development of new and existing team members.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints with professionalism and care.
- Execute opening and closing procedures with attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A brand standards and local health regulations.
