What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the Front and Back of House teams during each shift.
- Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and upholds the highest standards.
- Be a hands-on leader—jump in to support the team when needed.
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
- Oversee food safety, speed of service, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest concerns with care and urgency, turning problems into solutions.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards.
- Stay flexible and ready to serve wherever needed, always willing to go the extra mile for the team.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
- You have strong decision-making skills and can think on your feet.
- You lead with confidence, clarity, and care.
- You are organized and detail-oriented—small things matter.
