Front of House Team Member

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
  • Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
  • Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
  • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Provide genuine hospitality to guests with a heart of service
  • Execute daily operational tasks with excellence in designated stations
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
  • Greet guests warmly and serve with speed, accuracy, and courtesy
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming dining and front counter environment
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and urgency
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and servant leadership
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
