Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule consisting of a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes standing for the entirety of your shift and lifting over 30 lbs.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Brings a cheerful, positive attitude and a passion for serving others
- Works well independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
- Willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
- Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond well to leadership/authority and coaching
Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provide genuine hospitality to guests with a heart of service
- Execute daily operational tasks with excellence in designated stations
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Participate in training by modeling procedures and assisting new hires
- Greet guests warmly and serve with speed, accuracy, and courtesy
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining and front counter environment
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with care and urgency
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and servant leadership
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A expectations, standards, and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
