Join Chick-fil-A as a Beyond the Restaurant Director and be part of a locally owned and operated restaurant that values teamwork and leadership development. As Beyond the Restaurant Director you will provide leadership in all areas of the Chick-fil-A business that impact Catering, Third Party, Chick-fil-A Led Delivery. The Director Beyond the Restaurant will ensure that Chick-fil-A Midtown is building emotional connection with our guests and making a positive influence in our local community through our multiple sales channels and public relations.

Main Responsibilities:

Build the Chick-fil-A brand in the local community by forming strategic partnerships with schools and organizations that positively influence our community. Manage all donation requests to ensure we are supporting organizations that best align with our vision and commitment to community.
Execute Operational Excellence of catering orders by managing multiple sales channels and ensuring great execution in the following CFA Delivery, Third Party and Catering ( communicating orders to the team, confirming orders, delivering orders on time, ensuring food meets quality and food safety standards, and following up with guests after their catering experience to ensure a remarkable experience ).
Lead others through coaching to better performance, celebrating successes, and taking disciplinary action when needed.
Ensure catering guests are engaged through traditional social media channels and leveraging various catering initiatives to reach new and existing guests. (Spotlight, Catering management tool).
