Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a talented marketing team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Implement a yearly marketing calendar that plans all marketing activities, including marketing events, in-restaurant promotions, and sampling. Ensure events and other marketing activities are executed.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with Chick-fil-A’s values
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize marketing efforts
