As a Training Director, you will provide leadership in all areas of the Chick-fil-A business that has a direct impact on the sourcing, development and engagement of team members. The Director of Training will ensure all avenues of training are being delivered effectively to the entire Chick-fil-A Southroads team.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for Team Members
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to Team Members
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs
