Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a talented team of couriers.
- Efficiently dispatch orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding any delays or issues.
- Identify and report systemic inefficiencies to leadership.
- Train and manage drivers to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatching, preferably with an Amazon DSP.
- Background in delivery driving and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Quick decision-making abilities and good geographic knowledge of Northern California.
- Proficient in typing and computer literacy.
