Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The responsibilities are:
Assist garden center staff with retail displays, and special projects
Assist staff to ensure high-quality standards as established by Loca Ace are maintained
Provide customer support
Customer Service:
• Provide a positive representation of Local Ace.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the greenhouse. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the greenhouse.
• Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
• Possess/learn strong plant knowledge.
Customer service experience
MUST be trustworthy with a willingness to learn
MUST be able to type on a computer
