Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time and part-time | Flexible scheduling
What you'll do
- Greet guests and take orders at the counter and drive-thru, handling cash and card payments accurately
- Prepare food to Arby's recipes and food safety standards
- Keep the dining room, kitchen, restrooms and outside areas clean and stocked
- Work as a team to keep service fast and friendly, and help out wherever you're needed
- Other duties as assigned
What we're looking for
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn (no experience needed; we train you)
- Reliability: you show up on time for your scheduled shifts
- Comfort with a fast-paced team environment
Physical requirements
- Able to stand and walk for a full shift
- Able to lift and carry 40–50 lbs
- Able to work around hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and walk-in coolers and freezers
