The ideal candidate is a HVAC Lead Installer who has exceptional work ethic, well mannered, have a good driving record, and take pride in their work and other’s property. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and possess a valid driver’s license.
Job Duites:
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.
- Install VRF and copper pipe
- hydronic work
- controls work
- Installs various ducts and duct fittings.
- Properly interpret blueprint drawings, HVAC wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Supervise a crew.
- Ability to plan, lay out, supervise and inspect the work of mechanics & helpers
- Attend all job meetings with project managers and/or contractors as needed.
- Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.
- Must be computer literate and able to operate an IPad and smart phone for various tasks
- Must have solid organizational skills and be able to meet job schedule deadlines within budget.
- Solid communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, sheet metal and accessories required.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must possess industry standard hand tools.
