We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join our team! This role involves planning, supervising, pulling permits, and performing plumbing and gas work.
Key responsibilities:
- Obtain and manage permits for plumbing and gas work in accordance with state and local regulations.
- Design, install, modify, and repair plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, venting, and natural gas piping.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with or lead gas line installation crews.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet the Georgia State Minimum Standard Plumbing Code and fuel gas codes.
- Supervise journeyman and apprentice plumbers, providing guidance and hands-on-support.
- Serve as the responsible party for inspections and ensure job site readiness for municipal or county plumbing/gas inspections.
- Interface with building inspectors, utility companies, and clients as needed.
- Maintain job documentation including permits, inspection reports, and service records.
Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia Master Plumbing License
- Demonstrated experience pulling permits and working with a gas crew.
- Experience working with gas systems and coordinating with gas utility providers.
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- Ability to supervise crews and manage multiple jobs.
