What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional service by answering customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our system
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction at every interaction
What You Bring
- Experience: 1–2 years in a customer service or call center role
- Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy and organizational skills
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a big plus!
