HVAC Dispatcher
Location: Dallas, TX
Rescue Air and Plumbing is looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate service calls, communicate with technicians in the field, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate incoming customer calls and assign the appropriate technician to each job.
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and technician availability.
- Maintain awareness of technician schedules and job progress throughout the day.
- Provide accurate job information to technicians to ensure quality service.
- Communicate with customers regarding technician arrival times and updates.
- Record service call outcomes and assist with reporting when needed.
- Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer service or dispatch experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using computers and phone systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
