What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience
- EPA Certification required
- Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Must own required hand tools for service work
- Strong communicator who values helping customers
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Motivated to grow into a performance-based selling technician role
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential HVAC diagnostics, service, and repairs
- Communicate findings and educate homeowners on service and replacement options
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols
- Provide a 5-star customer experience on every job
- Document work thoroughly using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
