COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

At Rosenberg Indoor Comfort, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales. What You'll Do:
- Estimate and sell heating and air conditioning components and complete systems in the commercial upgrade/replacement marketplace.
- Estimate and sell commercial remodel jobs.
- Respond to client inquiries for commercial business.
- Develop new business by actively cold-calling on potential new accounts.
- Be available to make sales calls during evening and weekend hours when needed.
- Negotiate prices with vendors.
- Provide Preventive Maintenance proposals for new accounts.
- Perform routine HVAC load calculations in determining proper equipment application.
- Provide proper and thorough oral and written communication to the Installation Manager and personnel to accomplish a professional and efficient installation.
- Communicate material requirements to be purchased for each installation.
- Attend scheduled Education and Training sessions.
- Attend selected HVAC equipment Distributor/Dealer meetings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Follow-up with customers on collections.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven track record of success in commercial sales with an HVAC focus
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of motivation and drive
