Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC Experience
- 2+ years of Leadership Experience
- Strong Sales Acumen
- Strong Technical aptitude/QA
- EPA Universal
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee HVAC service operations
- Lead a team of motivated technicians
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct Ride-A-Longs
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Sales Focus
