Baker/Crew Member Position (Pay from $10 to $13 / hour):
The Baker will have to read and understand recipes, perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products while using frostings, glazes, fillings and other toppings to enhance item presentation and process orders for customers.
All Baker/Crew Members responsibility but aren’t limited to:
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and Combine Ingredients using equipment to make cookies
- Cleaning and restocking stations throughout the shift, including making sure equipment is sanitized for next shift
- Greet customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments and providing excellent customer service experience

Crumbl Cookie Baker/Crew Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Consistency and Reliability
- Reliable Transportation
- Cheerful and Positive Attitude
- Strong Communication
- Values Teamwork
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Stand for 5-10 hour shifts
- Friday and Saturday availability
- Able to lift 50 lbs
