Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous leadership preferred
- At least 18 years of age
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Fantastic energy and attitude with crew and customers
- Confident problem-solver
- Team player
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and fast-pace environment
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritize
- Computer literacy
- Stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Be willing to work a flexible schedule
- Stand for 5-10 hour shifts
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example
- Motivate and encourage the crew
- Read and understand Crumbl recipes
- Measure and Combine Ingredients using equipment to make cookies
- Cleaning and restocking stations throughout the shift, including making sure equipment is sanitized for next shift.
- Greet customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payments and providing excellent customer service experience.
- Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.
- Managing employee requests and transgressions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
- Coaching team members and training new staff.
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes.
