Your support in the front of house or back of house operations will be essential to a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.

Lead and support our Front-of-House or Back-of-House team (Front Counter & Dining Room, Drive-thru & Mobile, or Kitchen)
Motivate and mentor a team of 10+ to reach their full potential
Deliver top-tier hospitality and/or food safety and food quality that keeps guests coming back
Communicate goals clearly and celebrate wins on a daily basis

Background Profile

A leader with at least 1 year of leadership experience who leads by example
Calm and confident under pressure
Organized, focused, and ready to take initiative
Excited about Chick-fil-A’s mission to serve with excellence
Available to work 30+ hours/week
