Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room at all times
- Deliver elevated hospitality by:
- Offering beverage refills
- Clearing trays and resetting tables efficiently
- Engaging guests with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure restrooms are consistently clean, stocked, and guest-ready
- Monitor and maintain the exterior (patio & parking lot) for cleanliness and presentation
- Execute opening and closing duties with precision
- Stay aligned with Chick-fil-A standards, procedures, and appearance guidelines
- Support the team by anticipating needs and stepping in where necessary
