Full Time Team Member

Position Type


FOH Team Member

  • Working in guest facing positions, delivering second mile service and hospitality
  • Taking and preparing guest orders either in our Drive-thru or front counter
  • Making positive impacts on our guests each and every day through positive and enthusiastic interactions
  • Working to maintain a clean and safe environment that is welcoming to our guests
  • Delivering food and service in fast paced and efficient environment

BOH Team Member

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to the high quality Chick-fil-A standards
  • Maintain Cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food prep areas
  • Ensure we uphold food safety standards to have a clean food safe environment
  • Working as a team utilizing communication to fulfill orders in a fast paced environment

Starting Rates for non-leadership

Pay rates are based on availability, skill, and experience, and vary from $15-$16/hr for

full time team members.


Promotions and advancement are available as you develop into the next generation of

REQUIREMENTS

  • Available to work full time (40 hrs per week)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • To create positive experiences with every guest
  • Must be 18 years or older
