Chick-fil-A Florida City is seeking a results-driven and servant-hearted General Manager to lead all aspects of our restaurant’s daily operations—from open to close, front of house (FOH) to back of house (BOH). This individual will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture focused on excellence, hospitality, team development, and business growth.


The General Manager is the Operator’s right-hand leader, trusted to uphold Chick-fil-A’s brand standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and a thriving team environment.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations, ensuring excellence from open to close in both FOH and BOH
  • Monitor and execute all systems related to food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Ensure all food safety, health, and labor regulations are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with leaders and team members to meet sales, CEM (Customer Experience Metrics), and labor goals

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and inspire all levels of leadership and team members
  • Build and maintain a strong leadership pipeline through recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and servant leadership

Guest Experience

  • Ensure that every guest receives a remarkable, consistent Chick-fil-A experience
  • Actively monitor and respond to guest feedback, complaints, and satisfaction metrics
  • Champion a culture of hospitality, care, and continuous improvement

Financial & Administrative Oversight

  • Assist in managing the restaurant’s P&L, inventory, labor, and cost controls
  • Oversee financial procedures including deposits, safe counts, cash handling, and reporting
  • Ensure efficient scheduling and staffing to optimize labor while maintaining quality service


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience (Chick-fil-A or quick service preferred)
  • Proven leadership with ability to manage high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of BOH/FOH operations, food safety, financial management, and customer service
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
  • A servant-hearted leader with a passion for people and excellence
  • Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
