Responsibilities of a Crumbl All Crew / Baker / Culinary Training:

• Complete Crumbl digital baker training program
• Prepare cookie dough, cakes, frosting, toppings, and glazes following Crumbl recipes
• Bake and dress cookies with weekly toppings
• Box customers' orders with care and provide exceptional service
• Maintain clean workspaces and restock supplies
• Contribute to the overall success of the bakery

We ask our Crumbl All Crew / Baker / Culinary Training to:

• Smile and make memorable connections with guests

• Be at least 16 years old and able to work a flexible schedule
