Shift Lead - Crumbl Cookies

Crumbl Cookies, the nation's fastest-growing cookie company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our open-concept kitchen and delivering an exceptional cookie-eating experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a small team of cookie enthusiasts during shifts in producing cookies & leading customer service.
• Shift leads will make important decisions such as when to make more frostings & cookies to minimize waste and meet customer expectations, facilitate discounts for customers, and answer the phones.
• Report time based updates to leadership on conditions and inventories in the bakery.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and quality control.
• Help with opening or closing tasks ( keyholders).
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Shift leads do not participate in hiring or firing decision and do not issue disciplinary actions.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred (ServeSafe training or willing to complete training)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Flexibility to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift

Schedules:

Crumbl cookies is closed on Sundays and you will always have that day off. Shift leads are required to be available for shifts on Friday & Saturday as those are our top selling days. Shift leads will generally rotate in a given week between opening shifts & mid shifts or mid shifts & closing shifts. Applicants who can work any shift are given priority and are considered in promotions.
