Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude and genuine conversation
- Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the POS system
- Process cash, credit, and electronic payments with precise cash handling
- Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and recommend additional products
- Prepare, package, and present guest orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Restock condiments, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years old (or meet local employment age requirements)
- Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and genuine desire to help customers
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Coachable mindset with willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive movements
Preferred Qualifications & Benefits

- Experience operating POS systems or cash registers
