Delivery Driver

Job Description and Duties
Assist Delivery & Catering Coordinator with:
- O.L.D. Deliveries and Dispatches
- Fulfilling Catering Orders, including preparing for orders and assisting guests with their orders in a timely fashion
- Receive and input catering orders, including over the phone
- Manage and maintain Delivery Equipment
- Assist with catering events when necessary
- Assist with Operations during slow periods as needed, specifically, in the mobile and drive-thru areas
- Ability to work at our York Road or Hunt Valley locations as business need dictates
Requirements:
- Must have clean driving background
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Must be 21+ years old
- Must be willing to drive during any day part
- Must have night time availability
- Must have Saturday availability
- Must be able and willing to comply with all Chick-fil-A appearance and uniform policies
- Must be able and willing to drive during inclement weather (rain)
- Must be able and willing to work outdoors in temperatures above 80 degrees and below 40 degrees fahrenheit
- Must be friendly and outgoing, able to make eye contact and provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to operate a computerized cash register, ipad, and smart phone with OLD app, handle money and complete transactions accurately
- Must have excellent communication, decision making, and leadership skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Must be able to climb stairs while carrying 50 lbs
- Must be able to walk distances while carrying 50 lbs
