Job Title: Server
Job Summary
The Server delivers fast, friendly, and high-energy service in a lively sports bar environment, creating an unforgettable guest experience from kickoff to last call.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with energy and personality in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including food, drinks, and specials
- Anticipate guest needs during high-volume periods.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and support team to keep service moving
- Complete side work and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous serving or sports bar experience preferred but not required
- High-energy, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak volume
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service
Schedule & Availability
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, and beverages (up to 25 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a loud, energetic, and fast-moving environment
