Responsibilities:

  • Lead and train kitchen team members
  • Create and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of Chick-fil-A experience
  • 5 years of kitchen experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bi-lingual
  • Strong Food Safety Knowledge
  • Serve Safe certification preferred
